With a focus on family, West Tennessee Family Solution’s volunteer Board of Directors comprises a majority of people who are family members of our individuals. Board leadership is fundamental to a strong, sustainable model of care, and board members are active in all aspects of the agency, from financial oversight to quality assurance.
