At WTFS, we believe a home should be more than a place to live. It should be a place where individuals feel safe, respected, comfortable, and empowered.

Our supported living homes are located in established residential neighborhoods throughout Shelby County, offering individuals the opportunity to live as valued members of their communities.

Individuals typically share a home with up to two other people, with individualized supports designed to meet their specific needs and levels of independence.

Our homes are staffed 24 hours a day to provide appropriate assistance, promote health and safety, and support daily living activities.

We encourage individuals to participate in everyday household routines, make personal choices, pursue their interests, and engage in meaningful community activities.

Our focus is on creating a true sense of home while promoting independence, community inclusion, personal growth, and quality of life.

Through our partnership with the West Tennessee Family Solutions Housing Association (WTFSHA), we are committed to providing safe, comfortable, and sustainable housing in quality residential communities.

This partnership supports the acquisition and maintenance of homes that meet the needs of the individuals we serve while promoting long-term residential stability.

We recognize that access to safe, stable, and quality housing is an essential component of overall health, well-being, and independence.
